Because Salsa in Spain just might be better… “When you hear the drummer drumming, Dreamer take a chance. The difference in the song makes the difference in the dance!”
Thanks again for such an inspirational presentation at the Luxe in LA. We are already seeing results in just 4 days! I can’t wait to see what happens once we implement more of your fantastic strategies. My social networking guru is devouring your book! Thank you!
All I can say about that 4 Hour Workweek is it works!!
I made the mistake that he warns about getting bored and diving back in. ;(
Granted… some people have real problems… this time around I am hobbying up to resist the urge.
All of your fans wish you well!
I will see you at the top!

Starr, once again we’re on the same page. I started Tim’s book about 2.5 years ago and dropped it do to some major family upheaval. HOwever, during the past few months I was motivated to get the newest version of his book and make this happen!
As you know I have a lot of new things in the works and this is one of them!!!
I am excited to support you in your 4 hr work week endeavor as well! I have been putting my feelers out for like-minded peeps to support and enlighten each other as we implement the AWESOME strategies in this book!
Have fun in CR! I look forward to sharing our successes in our 4 hr workweek lifestyles.
oops I forgot to mention–I’m working thru chapter 9.
That is awesome! Let’s keep in touch on this. I just finished the update in Costa Rica. I have a whole new plan, already have many things in motion, would love to blog back and forth about our efforts and results. Thank you for sharing. -Starr Hall
Hi Star,
Way to make it happen. Your totally going to do it because you made the commitment public. I’ll be definetly be following your journey…
all the best,
Gary
Hey Starr!
I am so fired up about this book as well. When I read this book before I was in Real Estate and at that time I just could not wrap my brain around automating, or reducing my hours. It just didn’t seem possible. Fast forward 3 years later and now owning my own company in a different field, I think I am starting to finally “get it”!!! My partners are probably hating me because all I have been doing this entire week is quoting 4HWW! I also started implementing on Monday and here is what I am working on:
1. Completely revamped my entire email system and “how” & “when” I respond, down to the subject line titles so that important emails (or to do emails) do not get lost. In just a few short days this has freed my time up tremendously! No more back and forth all day long and it feels great to not have to be glued to the emails.
2. My partners and I are solidifying a 90 day action plan. This will include outsourcing some of our web items, delegating tons more than we used too and generally just “focusing” and tracking our results more than we ever have before.
3. I have also emailed my partners that I will be working remotely every other week and spending time in San Diego. I will still be working as well but I just won’t “physically” be here. Can’t wait to spend the summer at the beach!!! (p.s. my overseas trip will be next…;)
More to come as well but can’t wait to track and see the end results! What have you been changing lately?!?
I LOVE your post, commitments and changes- wowwwaaaa- thank you for sharing.
1) I too, am changing how and when I respond to emails (this has been a little tougher than I thought but I am getting much better at it (I get between 200-400 emails per day)
2) I hired an amazing VA that is cleaning up my systems or lack of systems
3) I secured a location to work remotely and enjoy with my family in Costa Rica for 3 months starting July 1, 2010.
4) NOW- I am working on automated income stream with products and services. Stay tuned.
Please do keep posting and keeping me updated, it motivates me to do the same.
))))
To us,
Starr Hall
Thanks Gary- I am all over it!
